When you find an ensemble that interests you, gather the location, date, time, duration and budget for your event. Have this information ready when you call the group to check their availability.
To seal the deal, our musicians will send you a BMA-approved contract, clearly defining your engagement and guaranteeing that you and the musicians honor the terms of the contract.
